We are looking for a Sales Room Manager to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

The Role:
This job is based out of our Spalding branch – PE11 3YR and delivers excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities to achieve individual and team targets.
Role Overview:
* Manage and supervise all activities within the sales room to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
* Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
* Develop and implement sales strategies
* Resolve customer complaints and handle escalations professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales environment.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

What We Offer:
* Opening hours are 08.30 – 20.00, working on average 40 hours per week, less if working a weekend, working 5 days out of 7 on an early or late start.
* Our Sales Room Managers can fully expect to earn in the region of £40,000 gross per annum. However, with an uncapped commission, our top achievers can earn up to over £50,000
