SALES ADVISOR – SPALDING

 

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

The Role:

This job is based out of our Spalding branch – PE11 3YR and delivers excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities to achieve individual and team targets.

 

Role Overview:

*         Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

*         Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

*         Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.

*         Manage and update the customer pipeline using CRM tools or internal systems.

*         Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

*         Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

*         Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional and solutions-focused manner.

 

Requirements:

*         Experience of working within a target orientated/sales role 

*         Strong communication skills 

*         Ability to work as part of a team 

*         Time management and organisation 

*         Ability to work under pressure 

 

What We Offer:

*         Opening hours are 08.30 – 20.00, working on average 40 hours per week, less if working a weekend, working 5 days out of 7 on an early or late start.   

*         Our Sales Advisors can fully expect to earn in the region of £35,000 gross per annum. However, with an uncapped commission, our top achievers can earn up to over £50,000
