With over 30 years’ experience of designing, manufacturing and retailing garden lifestyle products we are proud to be garden building specialists and distribute our products on our own fleet of vehicles to our customers.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Trainee to initially work within our operations department.
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make decisions which will heavily influence your career path and be responsible for grasping all opportunities that may arise.

This job is based out of our Headquarters in Bedford – MK41 0LF
Job includes
- Involvement in regular training sessions and meetings to develop management skills
- Supporting the operations team
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- 2.1 or higher Business degree
- Ability to be assertive and proactive
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- A team player with a practical approach and attitude to succeed
