The Role:

This job is based out of our Bedford HQ – MK41 0LF and is responsible for overseeing the effective, compliant, and productive use of AI technologies across the business.

Role Overview:

• Monitor and oversee the use of AI tools across departments to ensure outputs are appropriate, and aligned with business objectives.
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated content, documentation, communications, and workflows before implementation or publication.
• Develop and maintain AI usage guidelines, best practices, and governance procedures across the organisation.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency through the effective deployment of AI solutions.
• Work closely with departmental managers to understand business requirements and optimise AI-driven processes.
• Track AI performance, usage trends, and effectiveness, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with AI platforms and automation tools 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficient IT skills with the ability to learn new systems 
• Good understanding of data protection and AI use 

What We Offer:

• Monday – Friday 08:30-17:30
• Starting Salary - £30,000 + (dependant on experience)
